RETURNS
1. Change of Mind / Exchanges
We get it, sometimes the size or style just isn’t right. If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit (no cash refunds) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for the return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Tags must still be attached
• Returned in the original packaging (where possible)
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale items
• Discounted items
STRYT reserves the right to refuse returns that are beyond the 30-day window or not in original condition; in such cases the package may be sent back to the customer, with shipping costs not reimbursed.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. STRYT recommends using a tracked method to ensure it reaches us safely.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, that’s on us.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at strytculture@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos showing the issue
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund (your choice).
If a refund is given (for a faulty product), the amount refunded is the purchase price (excluding original delivery)
For valid returns, the refund will be made using the original payment method once the returned item is received and passes inspection.
3. Return Process
1. Email to strytculture@gmail.com and return and include your order number and reason.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and shipping details.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange or credit within 15-20 business days.
